Delivery
Delivery is carried out by Nova Poshta.
The Spraga company offers delivery by Nova Poshta. Please note that delivery is currently only available to open branches in cities where there are no active hostilities or temporary occupation.
Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday (we do not ship on weekends and holidays). If placed before 2:00 p.m., the order is shipped the same day, if after 2:00 p.m., it will be shipped the next day.

After successful payment, the order is sent within 1-2 working days according to the carrier's schedule. You can find the working schedule of Nova Poshta on its official website.
After sending, you will receive a message with the TTN number (sms, Viber or Telegram) and you will be able to track the delivery status of the order on the website or in the application of the courier service.
Pay attention!
Orders are stored free of charge at the branch for 5 (five) days, after which they are returned to the Company. Only the person specified in the transport declaration as the recipient can receive the parcel. Be sure to have an ID with you!
When the order is resent, after the return, the delivery service is paid by the Recipient.

It is necessary to have an identity card with you. When receiving the order, check the received products for integrity and intactness. If a problem is detected, our employee will quickly make a replacement on the spot.

Dear customers, we draw your attention to the fact that kombucha is a living product and must be stored under certain temperature conditions (specified on the product card). Therefore, when choosing the delivery method "To the NP branch", we recommend picking up the order as soon as possible!

When placing an order, you have the option to pay using VISA or Mastercard cards directly on the website. The Spraga company guarantees the security and protection of online payments. All operations with payment cards are carried out in accordance with the requirements of the VISA International and MasterCard payment systems.
The personal information provided by you (name, phone, e-mail, payment details) is confidential and cannot be disclosed. Your card data is transmitted only in encrypted form and is not stored on our website. If the payment is successful, a message about the successful completion of the order will appear on the screen.
Return
Upon receipt of the order, please check the goods for damage and violation of the integrity of the beverage packaging. If you discover the previously listed problems, inform the employee of the Nova Poshta company about the refusal to pick up the order.
